Offering Hourly and Event Packages

Creatives need flexibility. Studio 13 offers the option of choosing an hourly booking with the option of private or shared (with another occupant). Additionally, we offer event rental for up to 55 guest making it the perfect space for group photoshoots, birthday, bridal or baby celebrations, dinner parties, meetings, presentations, podcast recordings and much more.

General Booking

$100 per hour – 3 people max per booking

General access to entire studio which allows a maximum of two bookings to obtain the studio. An additional guest can book at the same time of your booking.

BOOK SESSION

Private Booking

$125 per hour – 5 people max

This will allow exclusive access to entire studio. There will be no other guests in the entire space throughout your rental.

Event Booking

Starting at $800 – 55 person max – 4-hour minimum.
